Gurmeet Choudhary, who married his Ramayan co-star Debina Bonnerjee in 2011, is making the most of the lockdown period. Both of them are fitness freaks and often share their clips on social media. Their fitness posts are sure to inspire you to hit the floor with your partner.
In the above picture, Gurmeet can be seen doing aerial yoga with Debina.
Here the couple can be seen lifting each other while doing different kinds of upper body exercises. The two look quite upbeat and motivated. Via his post, the actor shared how men and women are equal when it comes to displaying their strength. He also hoped to inspire other couples to hit the gym together and stay fit.
Beside his video, Gurmeet wrote, “Fitness is a mind strength domain where men and women are equal. Think strong be powerful. As the couple has worked together in shows such as Ramayan, Pati Patni Aur Woh and Nach Baliye season 6, it helps them bond. They both love to dance and groove.
