In ancient India, it was a practice for children to perform Suryanamaskars everyday. Along with proper brushing, eating at least it was compulsory to perform at least five Suryanamaskars facing the sun.

When you are starting off, choose a time and place in the morning. A ventilated room preferable sun facing. Or an open ground if you are lucky to have one.

Suryanamaskars are a complete workout.

Take your time to learn the postures.  One on right one and one on  left make one round.  Suryanamaskars, as they say is complete exercise of the body without big investment of time space or money. If you are disciplined, you can perform it alone and keep increasing the rounds till you master it

Suryanamaskars give you a strong muscular back, ageless radiant skin. If the skin is healthy and glowing which means the kidney, liver, all organs are healthy and well nourished. It also leads to a good hormonal balance, works directly on our glands, thyroid, pituitary and adrenals. Along with this, the early morning sunrays will ensure high levels of vitamin D.
